Step 1: Use a specialized wool detergent; avoid alkaline detergents, soap, laundry powder, other stain removers, and disinfectants.

Step 2: Soak the garment in water below 40°C for 5-10 minutes, turning it inside out gently. Avoid washing with rough fabrics, and consider washing similar colors separately.

Step 3: Do not wring out; gently press out excess water. Lay it flat to dry in a cool, shaded place. Avoid direct sunlight, and use a cloth when ironing to prevent shine.

For long-term storage, ensure your garment is clean before storing it in a sealed bag or storage container. Using moth repellents labeled as pure wool is recommended, but do not place them directly on your clothing.
